Feature Requests

I just wrapped a shoot, and using live mode on set is always super helpful, but as the DP, I’ve found myself the whole time just referring to the storyboards over all the info I input (for efficiency). It was just quicker to see the storyboard for each setup. But, the storyboards are tiny on the iPhone in Live mode, and clicking into each shot detail just takes more time. I’d love to see a layout in Live mode where storyboards are larger, maybe even stacked with the boards larger on top and information beneath, instead of listed horizontal. Like, as a view layout option. Then, I could just scroll up and down, see the shots, and mark them off as I go. I hope you consider it! It’d make life on a tight day a bit more efficient.

Having the ability to customize the storyboard frame size would be a great feature. That way those filming outside the traditional 16x9 aspect ratio can still show accurate representations of their project. I would encourage a customized options or a selection to use from, but definitely include a vertical 9x16 frame for those that film in the vertical Microdrama industry

Currently all shots have to be input in the software, but with all the different directing software, that will make many directors create shots more than once. For example, any director using Shot Designer can export a shotlist from his diagram, but cannot import it into shotlister. Any sort of text or csv based shot importer would make the software usable for me and many other tv directors out there.

Allow names to be shown in the cast column instead of numbers.

Dragging the storyboards bigger in scenes.

Allow user to duplicate a scene

Allow page numbers to have letters well, like 19A

A way to see what shoot day each shot is scheduled on.
